WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY CONTAINER RENTAL?
Payment for your rental is made when you place the container order. Additional charges will occur if:

You extend the pickup date of the container

The weight of the material in the container exceeds the stated weight limit OR
-
Items that are prohibited or carry additional feeds are included in the container
CAN I SET UP AN ACCOUNT WITH WASTE KNOT FOR MULTIPLE SITES AND MULTIPLE CONTAINERS?

HOW FAR CAN I FILL THE CONTAINER?
It depends on what is being disposed of. As a general rule, the container may be filled level with the top of the container.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I OVERLOAD/OVERFILL THE CONTAINER?
The driver can refuse to pick up the container and/or additional charges will apply. Waste Knot strongly discourages overloading the containers.
IF THE WEIGHT EXCEEDS THE ALLOWABLE TONNAGE/WEIGHT LIMIT, WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA?
Yes. You will be charged a per ton fee for containers that are over the stated allowable weight limits.
I NEED TO KEEP MY CONTAINER LONGER THAN I THOUGHT, WHAT DO I DO?

IS THERE ANYTHING THAT I CAN'T PLACE IN THE CONTAINER?
The following items CANNOT be placed in the container:

IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO DISPOSE HAZARDOUS OR TOXIC WASTE IN A CONTAINER. ANY TOXIC OR HAZARDOUS WASTE REMAINS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
